Verify Eligibility
Ensure your fragrance bottle is unopened, in its original shrink-wrapped packaging, and purchased within the last 14 days.
Request Authorization
Contact our concierge team at support@indigoperfumery.com with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the item in its original shipping box with your RMA number clearly marked, and send it back using a trackable shipping method.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
